Preorder Shipping

All Founders Club items are sold as preorders. Orders will ship once production is complete.

Estimated Fulfillment Window

Preorders are expected to ship within 6–10 weeks from the preorder close date.

This timeline is an estimate and may vary due to production, quality control, or logistics.

Order Updates

Customers will receive email updates when:

• Production begins
• Orders are prepared for shipment
• Orders have shipped (with tracking)

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

International Shipping

International shipping options may be offered at a later date. Duties, taxes, and customs fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. KAVIAT is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address information.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has shipped, delivery timelines are the responsibility of the carrier. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist where possible.
