Refund policy

Preorders

All KAVIAT Founders Club items are sold as preorders. By placing a preorder, you acknowledge that products are produced in limited quantities and fulfillment will occur at a later date.

Order Cancellations

Preorders may be canceled for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase.

After this window, orders are locked for production and cannot be canceled or modified.

Returns

Once delivered, items may be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges & Defects

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace or exchange the item at no cost.
